Fat Burning Workout

I love this workout, it’s an awesome fat blaster and challenges your whole body.

Make sure you use enough weight or you won’t get the best results, too much weight and you won’t get anything out of the workout because you won’t be able to PERFORM.

Check it: 3 exercises each to 21, 15, and 9 repetitions.

5 Minute Warm Up

Squat and Press or Clean and Press (for the more advanced) x 21

Pull Up (Assisted if Needed) x 21

Weighted Lunge (keep the weight near or over your head) x 21 each leg

Squat and Press or C&P x 15

Pull Up x 15

Lunge x 15

S&P or C&P x 9

Pull Up x 9

Lunge x 9

Plank :30

In and Outs x 30

Hanging Leg Lifts x 30

Repeat

5 Minute Cool Down

I love this workout and you can apply this to any grouping of exercises, example: bicep curls, dips, back extension. Push Up, Deadlift, sledge hammer slams.

It encorporates cardio vascular training as well as the perfect amount of repetitions that allow you to burn those muscle so they grow back stronger.
